About Us.

The Hope Gateway Training Center was established to meet the growing need for qualified and well-trained Direct Care Workers (DCWs) within Arizona’s Developmental Disabilities (DDD) system. As a provider of Group Home, Day Treatment and Training (DTA), Respite, Attendant Care, and Habilitation services, Hope Gateway understands firsthand the importance of workforce readiness and compliance.

Our Training Center delivers practical, DDD-aligned education designed to equip DCWs with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to provide safe, ethical, and person-centered care across all service settings.
